After we process your application you'll either be placed on the waitlist and contacted about your status, make an appointment to come in and sign a contract, or if you live out of town, you'll ask us to send you one. You'll complete and submit your signed contract along with a refundable security deposit. Your deposit can't be applied toward your monthly room charges.
